Moulded Panel
Molded doors are a fantastic option for doors in the interior for updating or building a new home, apartment in the city, or even a hotel. They're stylish and cost-effective. With their diverse design and strength, they are able to fit both modern and traditional styles, and come with a wide choice of flat or raised panel profiles in smooth or with textured designs.
These interior doors are constructed of one-piece moulded high-density facings that are joined to a wooden frame. They are pre-primed, and with an exterior coat of white and can be finished on the spot in a matter of minutes. They are available with a choice of core specifications, such as regular lightweight cellular paper for light duty non fire rated applications, 44m thick FD30 solid particleboard for safety and sound performance and a fire resistant core that is insulated to provide an fire-rated solution.

The molded face is also available with a glazed option to let the sun shine through or to provide privacy to your home. Driven by Decor has repurposed a hollow core made door in her kitchen to make a cat door and we love the way it came out!
Solid Panel
Solid panel doors look and feel like one solid piece of wood. However, they are actually made of mullions and stiles and rails that support floating panels. They are more sturdy than hollow core doors and they are resistant to cracking and warping in humid climates.
With a multi-layered design, the individual lamellae made of softwood are optically graded mechanically and connected to one another by adhesive. This helps to reduce shrinkage and swelling due to changes in climate. This bonding of three or five layers, combined with thick covering layers allows the raw material to retain its natural properties and enhances its durability and stability.
MOSO Bamboo Solid Panel is attractive and durable, with a hardness comparable to hardwoods of good quality. It is also a CO2 neutral resource that is growing rapidly as a renewable resource. Harvesting takes just five years, compared to over fifty years for the majority of hardwoods. This makes it a more sustainable product that can be used in projects seeking LEED certification or BREEAM. This type of cladding also weatherproof and pollution resistant.

Sidelights
Sidelights add style to any entranceway, increasing the curb appeal as well as adding an extra dimension to the exterior of your home. They are available in a variety of sizes and can be installed either side of the door. This allows homeowners to peek outside without having to open the door and risk losing security. This is a fantastic feature for families that have pets and is a great choice for those who are not keen on peepholes.
Sidelight doors come with a variety of glass options including decorative contact paper, frosted glass, and stained or painted glass. The right choice can enhance your home's aesthetic while providing privacy. It could also improve energy efficiency by removing the need for a light fixture in the entranceway.
The replacement of a door with sidelights requires a bigger rough opening than an individual door and will require assistance of a professional contractor. This project is often an ideal opportunity to improve other areas of the entranceway too as widening brickmould, which is decaying, or moving electrical wires.
